We will gladly accept returns or exchanges (unless otherwise noted) as long as they are postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in unworn, original condition, carefully packed (Remember: these are precious metals and gemstones!), and shipped prepaid via a traceable method.
Regular-priced merchandise is returnable for exchange or refund. Sale merchandise is exchangeable for items of equal or greater value only; exchanges must be indicated on the Return form and included with your return—no refunds or credits. Special offers and promotions subject to adjustment due to returns or exchanges. We will not be responsible for—nor issue refunds on—returns lost in shipping or postmarked beyond the 14-day return period.

PLEASE NOTE: We must have your order number! Failure to include your order number will delay processing your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders for in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours (subject to change during periods of high volume). You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is placed and an email shipping confirmation, with tracking number, at the time we ship your order.

We describe, image, and represent all of our items in an accurate manner. However, no two items are exactly alike as all pieces are handcrafted and include components and natural gemstones that display inherent color and pattern variations. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors and how different browsers and systems handle data, colors are approximate. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
All of our findings are precious metal: silver is sterling or silver-fill, gold is 14k gold-fill, vermeille is 22k gold-plated sterling silver, filigrees are 24k gold-plate or sterling-plate, unless specified otherwise. All components used in our designs comply with California's DTSC lead-containing jewelry law requirements. Bone and horn items are 100% by-product from non-endangered species. We recycle our precious metal scrap.
All jewelry should be handled carefully, as you would anything of value. We recommend wiping with a soft, clean cloth after every wearing to remove any acid or oil residue resulting from contact with your skin. Store all jewelry in an airtight container away from direct sunlight to preserve its natural beauty and prevent oxidization.
